Constitution & Bylaws
PSCB is a nonprofit registered society governed by a volunteer Board of Directors in accordance with the organization’s Constitution and Bylaws. The Board, via the Chair, assigns the leadership and management of the organization to the Executive Director who is supported by the Staff.
