NCCP Planning a Practice Course Rossland
Coaches must complete both components (NCCP Emergency Action Plan and Module) to receive full credit for having taken the NCCP Planning a Practice Module. The goal of the module is to prepare coaches to plan safe and effective practices.
The NCCP Planning a Practice learning activities will prepare coaches to: explain the importance of logistics in the development of a practice plan; establish an appropriate structure for a practice; and identify appropriate activities for each part of the practice.

Facilitator: Monty Molyneux
NCCP Facilitator Montana Molyneux works with PacificSport Columbia Basin as the Manager of Community Sport. Montana has spent the past 15 years coaching Alpine Ski Racing, working with the BC Ski Team and Canadian Para-Alpine Ski Team and works in the Strength and Conditioning field. She has a Masters in Kinesiology from UBC and bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor. As a facilitator she enjoys experiencing the passion that each coach brings into the learning environment.
