We are very excited to announce the addition of Elevate Athletics Ltd as a GymWorks™ partner of PacificSport Columbia Basin.
Gymworks is a program that provides registered high performance athletes and coaches with free or discounted access to over 175 strength & conditioning facilities, training facilities and swimming pools across BC to help reduce their daily training costs anywhere in the province.
Elevate Athletics Ltd are a premier fitness performance facility in the West Kootenays with 2 facilities in Trail, and 1 in Rossland. Registered Athletes and Coaches with PacificSport Columbia Basin or other Regional Sport Alliance sites will receive free individual access to Elevate-Athletics gyms in Trail or Rossland.
Elevate Athletics has 3 owners, all born and raised in the region and went on to sporting success. Andrew Van Der Ham grew up in Rossland and is a physiotherapist with Elevate Physiotherapy. He played varsity level Soccer at Thompson Rivers University. Dallas Calvin grew up in Trail and is an assistant coach with the Trail Smoke Eaters BCHL Hockey Team following a successful hockey career as a Junior A level athlete. Chris Derochie also played hockey at the Junior A and college level and is currently Manager of Operations at the Elevate Rossland Facility.
