Join Olympic Coach and Strength & Conditioning Lead of the Senior Women’s Sevens Canadian Rugby team as she shares her journey through sport and what she has learned along the way. Jennifer holds a Masters of High-Performance Coaching and Technical Leadership from UBC and is a Registered Strength & Condition Coach with Designation with the NSCA. She also has certifications in Weightlifting, Sprint & Hurdles, Fundamental Movement Skills and gymnastics. She has competed at the NCAA level in Track & Field (Hammer and discus), and competed in Volleyball and Soccer.
