PacificSport Columbia Basin and The Sport Lab Nelson are excited to offer the IGNITE Athlete Development Program – Level 1 to Nelson for athletes ages 13-17.

IGNITE is a proven training pathway designed by the Canadian Sport Institute Pacific, a curriculum used by 150+ Canadian National Team athletes across the province to build strength, movement, agility and confidence.

Athletes often describe IGNITE as higher intensity training that still feels encouraging and fun. They gain confidence, feel stronger and more powerful, and build friendships with other teens who are there to work hard and support each other. Parents appreciate the safe progression, quality coaching, and accessible pricing
